Beijing Hyundai will sell 257,000 units in 2023, a year-on-year increase of 2.8%, and will develop more than 6 new energy models in the next three years
Car sales data for 2023 has been released, and many car companies have reported year-on-year sales growth. Among them, Beijing Hyundai’s total annual sales were 257,000 units, a year-on-year increase of 2.8%. SAIC Motor sold 5.02 million vehicles for the year, down 5.3% year-on-year, but sold 1.123 million new energy vehicles. GAC Honda's sales fell 13.5% year-on-year, while GAC Ion's sales increased 77% year-on-year. Chery Automobile grew 52.6% year-on-year. In addition, many car companies have announced future new product plans, including Beijing Hyundai's 11th-generation Sonata, fifth-generation Santa Fe, as well as pure electric and plug-in hybrid products. Sales of Tesla, Great Wall Motors, Geely Automobile, BYD and other car companies also increased. The delivery volume of new energy vehicles of some car companies such as Weilai, Ideal, and Xpeng also achieved year-on-year growth.
